Returns & Exchanges

1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Product(s) must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.

  • The customer is required to ship the item(s) back to us.

  • An exchange is allowed only once per order.

  • Once a piece has been exchanged, it is not eligible for return.

Kindly ensure the item reaches us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

2. Return Policy

  • Returns must be received by us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Product(s) must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.

  • The customer is required to ship the item(s) back to us.

  • A return is allowed only once per order.

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer and may take up to 12 working days to reflect in your account.

    Please note that a standard deduction of ₹999 will be applicable to all returns or refund requests. By initiating a return/refund, you agree to this deduction. 

Note:
Customized products, including pre-stitched sarees, stitched blouses, corsets or length alterations, are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Product Defects

  • In the rare case of any product defects, please reach out to us within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • No exchange or refund requests will be accepted for defects reported after 2 days.
